Allison AlbrightUganda is quite lush, with a huge variety of tall green trees, ranging from banana trees to pine trees, even some cactus, and just about everything in between. The countryside has many rolling hills with fields of green sugarcane, corn, and tea. Our driver said the soil is so fertile, you just throw a seed out anywhere and it will grow on its own.
People like to walk on both sides of the road as you drive. And they never seem to be in a hurry here. Time is just a suggestion. I’m enjoying the slower pace of life.

I enjoyed reading about what you did at Good Shepherd’s Fold. I liked seeing the pictures and hearing that Jared and Jessica and Eric helped the children with woodworking to make games.
